Hi, I'm Sydney!

I'm a graphic designer with a passion for creating timeless wedding stationery that tells your unique love story. I believe the little details make all the difference, and I'm here to help bring your vision to life with thoughtful, custom designs you'll cherish for years to come.

As a recently married bride myself, I know how exciting this season of life is, and I love helping couples create stationery that feels personal from the very first impression.

When I'm not designing, you'll find me spending time with my husband and our mini Goldendoodle, Willow.

I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to create something beautiful together!

The menu is decorated with a watercolor-style background and contains three sections: starter, entrée, and dessert, with descriptions of each dish. The sections are labeled 'Kaitlyn' and 'Menu' with elegant script fonts.

Our Process

1. Inquire

Fill out our inquiry form with a few details about your event and stationery needs. Every project is custom, so we'll put together a personalized quote based on your vision.

2. Let's Connect

Once you've received your quote, we'll chat about your ideas during a complimentary consultation—in person, by email, or over Google Meet. We'll discuss your event style, colour palette, wording, paper options, print methods, and any special finishes to create a suite that's uniquely yours.

3. Book Your Project

When you're ready to move forward, we'll send over your proposal and contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot in our design calendar. You'll also receive a questionnaire to gather all the details we need before designing begins.

4. Design & Revisions

We'll create your first design proof and send it to you for review. You'll receive up to three rounds of complimentary revisions to make sure every detail is exactly how you envisioned it.

5. Print & Assemble

Once you've approved your final proof and the remaining balance has been paid, we'll begin production. Printing and assembly typically take 2–6 weeks, depending on your selected print method. When everything is complete, your stationery will be ready for pickup or delivery.

6. Day-Of Stationery

Complete your event with coordinating day-of stationery that ties everything together beautifully. From welcome signs and seating charts to menus, place cards, table numbers, ceremony programs, and more, we'll ensure every detail feels cohesive from beginning to end.
